END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR MYSTIC NIGHTS

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED BY SLOT.ORG (“COMPANY”). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU (“USER”) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  1. LICENSE
    1.1 Grant of License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use one copy of the software program, Mystic Nights (“Software”), on a single device for personal, non-commercial use.
  2. RESTRICTIONS
    2.1 No Distribution: User shall not distribute, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
    2.2 No Modification: User shall not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
    2.3 No Commercial Use: User shall not use the Software for any commercial purpose or in any commercial setting without prior written consent from Company.
  3. OWNERSHIP
    3.1 Intellectual Property: The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are and shall remain the property of Company. This Agreement does not grant User any ownership rights in the Software.
  4. TERMINATION
    4.1 Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. User may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling and deleting the Software. Company may terminate this Agreement immediately if User breaches any term of this Agreement.
    4.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, User shall cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software.
  5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
    5.1 The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    6.1 In no event shall Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  7. GOVERNING LAW
    7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  8. MISCELLANEOUS
    8.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
    8.2 Amendments: Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. User’s continued use of the Software after such modifications shall constitute User’s acceptance of the modified Agreement.
    8.3 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, User acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
